  23. I just bought a Zoom comstar model 620, two days ago.  When I tried to install 
  24. it in Windows 95, I had problems. It automatically configured my modem for 
  25. comport 5, when it should have been set to port 2. So I was have conflicts. So 
  26. I called tech support, which by the way was busy. So I kept hitting redial, it 
  27. took about an hour before it finally rang. Then I was put on hold for about 15 
  28. minutes. Once I got a hold of someone I told him my problem, and he took me 
  29. step by step on how to solve my problem. It involved changing my settings so 
  30. my modem would be set to com port 2. I forgot how I did it, because there was 
  31. alot of steps he put me through. I should have taken notes. But, now my modem 
  32. is working great, no complaints. And the bitware voice/data/fax software that 
  33. comes with it works great too.
  34. So besides the fact it took a while to install my zoom comstar, I am happy 
  35. with it. It was affordable too. Only $179.
